Practice
Yoga as a path inward — a practice of meeting yourself.

Beginnings
I've been practicing yoga for over 12 years, and from the very beginning, I felt it was more than movement.
In Western culture, yoga is often reduced to asana — the physical practice. But for me, yoga became a path inward. A practice of self-study, reflection, and deeper awareness.
In the Yoga Sutras, this is called Svadhyaya: the practice of knowing yourself more deeply.

A returning
That is why I continue to return to my mat. Not only to move my body, but to listen. To meet myself. To understand how I respond to discomfort, stillness, and life itself.
Reflecting how I meet challenge, how I hold space for myself, and how deeply I am willing to stay present.
This path naturally led me deeper into coaching, constellation work, and transformational facilitation.
Vinyasa
Yin Yang
Yoga Nidra
All carrying the same intention: to meet yourself. To return home to your body, your breath, and your inner knowing.
Because yoga was never just about the pose. It is about how deeply you are willing to meet yourself.
Begin with a conversation
A gentle first conversation to explore where you are, what is asking for change, and whether working together feels aligned.
